Refund policy

Coaching / Consulting Fees

We have a 14-day refund policy for blocks of time for consulting fees, which means you have 14 days after making your purchase to change your mind, and request a full refund. After the 14 days, refunds are not available. Refunds will be credited minus time used.

Marketing Budget Subscriptions

Marketing budget subscriptions are used in Performance Based Marketing. As there is a large amount of up-front work involved in setting up marketing campaigns, marketing budgets are non-refundable.

Marketing subscriptions can be paused at any time by the performance marketing program member or by us. Once paused, a marketing subscription's budget be spent on advertising and an invoice will be sent for revenue share on ad spend.

If an invoice is outstanding for a previous month of revenue share, the marketing budget may be applied to that.

If access to member properties such as, but not limited to, Google Analytics is terminated before the marketing budget is spent, the performance marketing member/client forfeits the ad budget and need to pay any remaining revenue share with 7 days of receiving an invoice.
